Our Services

High-quality services tailored to individual needs and goals

  • Support Work

Whether it’s at home or in the community, our highly trained and qualified Support Workers can assist with household tasks, support to attend appointments, developing daily living skills, community access, transport, service coordination, fun activities, and health and wellbeing goals.

  • Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches take a holistic approach to helping people overcome complex challenges. Together they can build a person’s capacity across the many areas of their life, helping them to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs. This may involve a task-orientated form of support, that is both solutions focused, and person centred.

  • Counselling

Our approach to Counselling is relational and solutions focused, helping people to discover areas of their life they would like to improve. Our counselling services are provided in a familiar environment, such as the person’s home, a café, or park. Together, we will use a number of practical techniques and interventions to help the person improve their health and wellbeing.

  • Behaviour Support

Our Behaviour Support program uses individualised strategies for people with a disability, reducing the potential for behaviour that puts a person and those around them at risk. This occurs by working alongside the person with disability and their supports, to develop a Behaviour Support Plan, which includes evidenced-based strategies, skill development, and training for the person and their support network.

  • Behaviour Support Plus

Our Behaviour Support Plus program is an innovative service model, pairing an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a team of highly qualified and experienced support workers. Together with a participant and their family, we will co-design a therapeutic support model, helping the person with disability to develop their skills and improve their overall quality of life.

  • Therapy Plus

Our Therapy Plus program involves an experienced allied health professional, such as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker, working in partnership with a team of Therapy Assistants. Fundamental to the program is the development of a therapeutic support plan – which includes strategies and interventions aimed at building the capacity of the person with disability. Our allied health professional will then train and supervise our team of Therapy Assistants to implement the program.
